Delfi.lit reports that Lithuanian Premier Algirdas Butkevičius plans to visit Azerbaijan in late February and the aim of the visit is to encourage Azerbaijani entrepreneurs to invest in Lithuania.
As reported, issues of cooperation were discussed at the meeting of Lithuanian premier and Azerbaijani ambassador Hasan Mammadzade.
“Azerbaijan invests in many countries, while Lithuania remains aside. We need to attract Azerbaijani investments, therefore, the visit of ministers, possible, business representatives to Azerbaijan is planned in late February”, Algirdas Butkevičius said.
