Azerbaijani Ambassador to Brazil Elnur Sultanov has met with the chairperson of the committee on international relations and national defense of the Chamber of Deputies of Brazil, Perpetua Almeida.
As reported, the ambassador noted the importance of promoting cooperation between the two countries, stressing the need to organize mutual visits of parliamentarians of Azerbaijan and Brazil.
Almeida, in his turn, stressed the potential for development of bilateral relations and expressed interest in working at the level of parliaments of the two countries and agreed on the importance of mutual visits.
