Today Hovik Abrahamyan met with “A1+” journalist Mher Arshakyan and expressed his concern on what had happened. The journalist told the NA president that there was no special circumstance and he just wanted to ask a question to which the MP’s reply followed.
Arshakyan also told that he saw a special intention in what was said because previously Sedrakyan had told that he gave too much room for discussions to the journalist and he exploited his patience.
After the incident instead of Mher Sedrakyan, the deputy speaker of the NA Sharmazanov and Armen Ashotyan apologized. On this occasion a number of journalists have come up with an initiative on Facebook to collect signatures urging the NA president to make Sedrakyan apologize for his words.
