Azerbaijan’s Economic Development Ministry told journalists that the fourth meeting of the intergovernmental commission on economic, trade and technical cooperation between Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates will be held in Dubai, on December 19.
“The current state of relations in various fields, the work done in the period after the third meeting of the commission and prospects for expanding cooperation will be discussed at the meeting’ said the statement, adding “Trade turnover between Azerbaijan and the UAE in January-September 2012 amounted to $90.897 million which is 1.6 times more than the same period last year.”
Azerbaijani Economic Development Minister Shahin Mustafayev and UAE Economy Minister Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansouri are co-chairmen of the inter-governmental commission.
