“Heritage” member Armen Martirosyan told the First Armenian News and Analyses Tsarukyan’s withdrawal from the upcoming presidential elections’ candidacy will not have great influence on their party and Raffi Hovhannisian’s chances.
Martirosyan stated since Tsarukyan is not a candidate anymore, the votes for the opposition will be distributed to other opposition members not only in this presidential elections, but for a further political spectrum.
When asked whether Raffi Hovhannisian would be against to get the ANC support, Martirosyan reminded Hovhannisian stated previously he would be happy to cooperate with civic organizations, political powers and the ANC is not an exclusion.
Martirosyan mentioned the most powerful instrument for the opposition is the civic activism.
