Russian “Ria Novosti” reports the deputy MFA of Russia Grigori Karasin stated the next phase of the Geneva discussions on South Caucasus security will be held in March 2013.
On December 11-12 in Geneva the 22nd phase took place where the representatives of Georgia, Russia, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, the US, the UN, OSCE and the EU. The negotiations have been in the course of these states’ and organizations’ agendas ever since the August war of 2008.
