“Tsarukyan has made his decision. It may be unexpected for some people, but some people had expected it earlier. I do not want to refer to them. But, nevertheless, since the political developments during the last months were on the backstage, it is not clear whether the political field is complete and the developments are coming out of the shadows, or not, so it is hard to give the final assessment.” said member of “Heritage” parliamentary faction Rubik Hakobyan, referring to the PAP’s recent statement.
