Georgian media reports that Russian-Georgian meeting without mediators, the first since the 2008 war will be held in Geneva on December 13-14.
As reported, Georgia’s special representative on settling relations with Russia, Zurab Abashidze will leave for Geneva on December 12.
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin, who will take part at the meeting with Abashidze is already there.
According to Georgian Foreign Minister Maia Panjikidze, technical issues will be discussed at the first meeting.
