At today’s regular meeting the Central Election Commission discussed the reference made on December 2, 2012 at the National Assembly elections on the contributions to the pre-electoral campaign funds made by majoritarian candidates, registered in additional elections, and their use in the recent declarations for the period from 28.10.2012 till 02.12.2012.
The head of the committee on oversight and audit service stated that all five candidates, who participated in the election campaign funds, properly presented contributions to the funds and their use in the declarations. He also informed that the Assembly candidate’s campaign, including the mass media during the election campaign, rented halls, propaganda posters, printing and other promotional acquisition has the right to spend on the preparations no more 10 million.
The head of the committee on oversight and audit service hasn’t recorded any violations of the Electoral Code in the provided financial entries and exits from banks, in the candidate’s statements and declarations.
