For nearly 2 years, “ArmRusgazard” company refused to expand the gas network and in the next 3 years it is not going to build new gas pipelines. The Company has submitted to the Public Services Regulatory Commission its investment program for 2013-2015, according to which the structure is going to invest next year only 2 billion 752.61 million AMD, in 2014 – 8 billion 607 million AMD, and in 2015 – 13 billion 853 million drams.
The investment plan specifically states that its primary objective is “to ensure the activity level of profitability and financial stability of “ArmRusgazard” company.”
It should be noted that the company manages to increase the volume of gas consumption due to the new gas consumers. Natural gas consumption by the population has increased for 11.8%, amounting 396.2 million cubic meters.
