“The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs are endeavoring to promote the Karabakh conflict settlement process from its dead point. Unfortunately, the recent visits of the co-chairs to Yerevan did not give results. Yerevan should give up “not a single inch of land, not a step back” principle. Status quo should be subjected to change. Unsettled conflict can lead to the undesired course of the development of the events.
Azerbaijan adheres to his former position. If the Armenian side claims that it accepts the proposals of the co-chairs, which were approved by the statements of the Heads of States in Akvila, then it is the time for a peace agreement.
Azerbaijan is ready to start work on drafting the text of the agreement, but it is necessary to withdraw Armenian troops from the occupied territories. ”
