In October, 2012 there were 17.413 drams’ businesses in the real estate market which have increased 34.4% compared to October 2012.
According to the committee of the real estate state inventory the alienation business of real estate in Yerevan was 41.2% this year. The number of the alienation businesses in 2012 October has increased by 25.4% compared to 2012 September, and compared to 2011 October – 8.7%. The prices of the square meter surfaces of the apartments in Yerevan compared to September have increased 0.5%.
In marzes the real estate market has been activated and increased the businesses by 3.9% compared to September 2012, and 15.2% – compared to 2011 September. The prices compared to September have increased by 0.6%.
