Spokesman of Republican Party of Armenia Edward Sharmazanov stated in the interview that “Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s nomination would be political suicide.”
During today’s press conference, one of the reporters asked the coordinator of the Armenian National Congress Levon Zurabyan to comment on Sharmazanov’s statement.
“That means, as I understand, Sharmazanov is deeply concerned that something can happen with Levon Ter-Petrosyan. I think he is concerned with completely other things that these developments could lead to the RPA’s loss of power. ”
