Azerbaijani media, citing the announcement of deputy speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Bahar Muradova, reports that there are normal relations between Azerbaijan and Russia.
“Azerbaijan’s relations with neighboring Russia are normal,” she said, adding “Azerbaijan is fulfilling all its obligations connected with further maintenance and development. There were, there are and perhaps there will be forces trying to harm these relations. It is important for the officials of the two countries to continue maintaining good relations between Russia and Azerbaijan and not to yield to provocation. I believe that this will be so”.
