Vice-president of “Rule of Law” party Mher Shahgeldyan doesn’t still see any processes for nominating a single candidate. He reported this today, on November 17, to the reporters.
In the presidential election “Rule of Law” is going to support the head of the Republican Party, the President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan.
“We have said our decision and we are faithful to our word, to support the President Serzh Sargsyan,” said Mr. Shahgeldyan.
Vice-president of the party, referring to rumors like the Rule of Law being the Republican Party’s shadow, strongly denied all these information and gave an example of political consultations, in which they took part, but the Republican Party did not.
Speaking of the period of trial in order to become a member Rule of Law, he noted that this is a normal phenomenon. During these two months the person sees whether he is ready to get engaged in the work of the party or not, and the party sees whether that a man came to the party to work or other with purposes. He refused to announce the number of members of the party.
