The deputy president of the “Rule of Law” party Mher Shahgaldyan informed on November 17 that there was a party session where the cooperation with the PAP was discussed, but the results shall not be unfolded not to affect the upcoming presidential elections. As Shahgaldyan states, they are for the 100% proportionate electoral system, however the shift of the country to the parliamentary rule is out of time and does not match with the “Rule of Law” principles. Shahgaldyan did not want to speak about Levon Zurabyan’s statement where he said the ANC is ready to have some discussions with the RP but there are political powers that make no sense to talk with (referring to the “Rule of Law”). As the deputy president stated, they are competent in their speeches and will not respond.
