“Armenian Times” recalls that during the last court session on ANC activists, the PAP activists were very active and together with ANC activists gathered in front of the building of Court of Appeals, moreover, PAP MPs Naira Zohrabyan and Elinar Vardanyan were present at the court hall and along with ANC members were watching the case.
The daily writes that this week the court announced the last decision concerning the ANC activists. The date of the final decision was known and ANC had urged that they won’t stop and will go against the authorities.
As reported, PAP, even though knowing about the important decision, didn’t participate in the action and didn’t come to the court.
The daily tried to find out why PAP members, especially the Youth Union of the Party didn’t come and asked Vahe Enfiajyan, president of PAP Youth Union to comment on the issue.
According to Enfiajyan they think that the issue is very important and as he said, already 3 moths they participate in the protest actions.
To the question why PAP wasn’t in the last event, Enfiajyan responded:
“We are very busy. We can’t always participate in the action but I should stress that the issue connected with ANC activists is very important for us and we closely examine the case. E\We even visit to prisons in order to talk with the activists.”
