Sociologist Lyudmila Harutyunyan gave an interview to “168 zham” daily and the main topic of the discussion was the change of Governmental system in Armenia offered by PAP.
According to Harutyunyan PAP’s offer wasn’t in time.
“PAP’s offer to change the governmental system only proves one thing; PAP is confused, doesn’t know what to do and puts the heavy problem on the nation. They should realize that Armenian nation currently is not ready to decide what to do and maybe their offer was good for them, but it isn’t good for our nation. I think that PAP should have raised the issue before the parliamentary elections but not now. Maybe the opposition thinks that it will be bad for current authorities, but no one knows is it bad for them or not, it maybe even good for them” said Harutyunyan.
As reported, during the interview Harutyunyan talked about Georgian elections and made some parallels with the issue.
According to Harutyunyan we should look for Armenian Saakashvili, and not for Armenian Ivanishvili, because only the president can prepare our nation for a good and democratic life.
“Without having such conditions, the offer is just baseless” said Lyudmila Harutyunyan.
