On the request of the RA law “State Register of Population” the RA Government made amendments and supplements to one of its previous decisions and determined that Ra citizens residing in foreign countries instead of being withdrawn at the state register, they shall be registered by their residence address in the foreign country.
There is also a decision for those conscript citizens leaving for more than six months or residing abroad for more than six months, to make accounting records in his individual registration card after the military officials in the region’s local registry received the card and made notes. The decision regulates other accounting issues of the state register.
