The president of the Marxist party Davit Hakobyan stated today that the change of the government is a historical need. Hakobyan stated 3 important points the government should take into consideration: 1) the high officials cannot already govern the way they used to and the lower officials do not want to govern the way they wanted to.
2) The civic activism, which Hakobyan calls a “moral and psychological uprising”.
Hakobyan said the third point is missing today not clarifying which one it was.
The Marxist leader proposed the opposition to unite and not think of presenting a joint candidate. Let people choose who they want to see in the second level also talked about the 100% proportionate electoral system calling the later a “criminal” one. Instead he proposed a Marxist option: proportionate schedules with majoritarian electoral order.
