We should recall that about 3 months ago Karen Andreasyan, Ombudsman of Armenia, asked PM Tigran Sargsyan to make changes in the government concerning handicapped children.
The police was fining those parents for not parking in the appropriate places, but these parents have handicapped children and they can’t stop far from the place they go.
Sargsyan promised that he will immediately make the change and talked with the transport Ministry.
According to the Ministry, the change has been already made and those parents who have handicapped children will have some privileges.
Already 3 months passed but the police still fine those people.
Hopefully the government will react properly and immediately to the event and will put it on agenda.
