Azerbaijani media reports that NATO is preparing a program for the development and reconstruction of Afghanistan after 2014.
According to the head of the Permanent Mission of Azerbaijan to NATO, Khazar Ibrahim, Azerbaijan will provide NATO suggestions to the participation in this program, and contribution that Azerbaijan can bring improvement in Afghanistan.
Note, Azerbaijan currently helps Afghanistan in a number of areas, including training in mine clearing, training of diplomats and aid in other areas
