Azerbaijani media reports that President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov is in Baku.
As reported, on the Thursday morning Kadyrov visited the Martyrs’ Alley and laid a wreath to the memorial complex at the alley in honor of those, who died in Karabakh war.
Kadyrov will hold a number of official meetings.
There is a plan to sign an intergovernmental agreement on trade and economic, scientific and technical, as well as cultural cooperation.
