Musa Mikayelyan, in his political analysis states the country is rolling to an abyss and there is no governing resource that can stop it from collapsing. Mikayelyan believes there must be a discussion both on theoretical and practical grounds. Theoretical ground should be taken into account since the changes of persons have already taken place but the situation has degraded even more. Practical ground should be discussed, because the upcoming election processes try to bring back figures, which have already been on top and showed what they are capable of doing.
Mikayelyan mentions the fact of “hallooing” the previous politicians who have actually created the current state of the country and if Ter-Petrosyan managed “to wear the hallo” ten years after his presidency, Kocharyan does it much faster.
Mikayelyan states the ANC with Ter-Petrosyan in the head tries its best to close the eyes of those who could see Kocharyan as a flourishing leader of the opposition in the country. The political analyst concludes that the current state is nothing better and the only thing the already expired public energy can go to is replacing Sargsyan with Kocharyan and glorify Ter-Petrosyan for the substitution.
