Yesterday the NA rejected the proposal of formulating a temporary commission without a primary discussion on “Harsnakar” and “Aragast” cases. The reason was there was no initiative in the commission in the legal issues of the NA so that it wae possible for the bill to automatically pass into the NA agenda. Later to be discussed and concluded.
It is obvious the majority of the NA would reject the “Heritage” party’s project on the formation of temporary commission. Only the PAP voted for and Tigran Ulikhanyan, when asked whether it would be correct to discuss “Harsnakar” and “Aragast” cases under the same spectrum, Ulikhanyan replied that if an issue is of public concern, it should be discussed equally and publicly.
