Hmayak Hovhannisyan, president of RA Public Union, told the First news and Analyses that there is a political persecution against him.
According to him the case which was made against him, is based on untrue stories.
“3 cases have been made against me and I have 2 lawyers to protect my rights. One of my lawyers has a tape which proves that I haven’t even touched Senik Julhakyan, but they say that I have done violations and insulted him. It is not true. This is just a political chase after me. From now on it doesn’t matter PAP-ANC relations or Republicans, all these are baseless, since there isn’t any political world in Armenia. I urge all Armenians to run from this country” said Hovhannsiyan.
Note, according to the workers of “Arm-Hydro-Energy-Project” CJSC, Hovhanissyan had insulted 5 workers of the company and the court made a decision that Hovhannisyan must give each of them 200 thousand AMD.
