“Aravot” reports, the vice president of the “Rule of law” party , Hovhannes Margaryan stated the PAP’s proposal on shifting the governmental system to the parliamentary one is out of time and needs time to be implemented.
According to Margaryan, “Rule of law” party did not receive an invitation to participate in the discussion. Margaryan also mentioned he respected that decision and sees the head of the PAP behind this idea.
