“Hraparak” writes that Serzh Sargsyan, president of Armenia, doesn’t want to accept PAP’s offer to create a parliamentary government, where the power mostly belongs to parliament and PM.
According to Sargsyan it is very difficult and demands a lot of time in order to make such changes.Sargsyan mentioned that he had got that offer back in 2008, when Georgia wanted to make such changes, but at that time Sargsyan also refused.
As reported, our president said that he may accept the other offer concerning the change in the constitution and creating some posts of deputy PMs.
