On the CIS territory during January-September period in 2012, compared with the same period last year, Armenia is the leader in terms of growth in the industry, where the growth rate is 11.6%. This was reported by the CIS Interstate Statistical Committee.
It also reported that industrial growth in Tajikistan during 9 months of 2012 amounted to 10.4%, compared to the same period in 2011, 7.7% in Belarus. These countries conclud the leading trio.
The index in Russia increased by 2.9%, in Kazakhstan- 0.5%. These countries conclude the growth rate registered by the quintet.
According to the report, the average rate of industrial growth in the CIS countries during 2012 January-September period amounted to 5.2%, fixed capital investment-6.7%, retail trade turnover increased by 7.8%.
