Today the judge of Kentron and Nork-Marash Court of First Instance Rubik Nersisyan announced the decision over the issues claim against the head of Political Union of Armenia Hmayak Hovhannisyan.
Note that five employees of “Arm-hydroenergo-project” company, plaintiffs Areg Hovhannisyan, Aram Babayan, Oleg Lepyan and others, this year on April 20 at the yard of the mentioned company Hovhannisyan got in a dispute with them, and according to the plaintiffs, the politician referred to them with offensive expressions.
The plaintiffs asked Mr. Hovhannisyan to publicly apologize and give each 200 000 AMD and those 200 000 AMD was needed to pay their own lawyer G. Aivazian for legal assistance.
The claim was fully satisfied. However, Hovhannisyan’s representative, member of the Chamber of Advocates Liana Grigoryan said that they intend to appeal the verdict.
