Georgia’s ambassador to the U.S. Temur Yakobashvili will be dismissed for political reasons.
Georgian Foreign Minister Maya Panjikidze told reporters on Thursday that she had already spoke with him, telling that working together is not desirable, since Yakobashvili “fully shares the position of” United National Movement “- the party of President Mikheil Saakashvili, who lost the election to the parliament on October 1.
Yakobashvili works as the ambassador to the U.S. for two years, before that he was the State Minister for Reintegration.
