The Russian Biographical Institute has named prominent politicians, religious leaders and figures in culture as its ‘Persons of the Year’. Press service of Russian Biographical Institute informs that Gagik Tsarukyan, PAP leader, along with Ukrainian governor of Donetsk region, Andrei Shishatski, won the title of “Person of the year” in Russia.
As reported, they won the title in “collaboration” category.
