The leader of “Heritage” party RaffiHovhannisian does not have enough money for the participation in the upcoming presidential elections, hence he has decided to gather the money from his supporters which is a new political culture in Armenia and should be followed, as HovsepKhurshudyan, the speaker to the media of the party states. He explains that people should have their input in the government they want to form for the future.
However the information afterwards was that this culture is not going to function and when Khurshudyan was asked about this matter, his reply was that it still needs time. According to “Hraparak”, one of the reasons to split with the “Liberal Democrats” were the financial discords.
