Prime Minister of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili met with the U.S. ambassador Melanie Verver for women’s global issues. She congratulated Ivanishvili on the election to the post of prime minister and wished success in the development of the country.
According to the information posted on the official “Facebook” page of the Prime Minister, the parties discussed the role of women in political and economic spheres.
Ivanishvili expressed willingness to get advice from American partners, to strengthen further the role of women in Georgia.
