Russian Regnum News Agency reports that due to international sanctions the Iranian market suffers and must decrease production of some products and in order to get out of that situation it must reduce the export of local products to abroad.
This will certainly have a negative impact on Armenia, since Iran is the only country which exports raw material to Armenia.
Armenian union of manufacturers and entrepreneurs is very concerned on the situation and has asked Tigran Sargsyan, RA PM, to personally get involved in the situation and give a solution.
The union said that stopping the import from Iran will have a negative impact on the country’s economy, especially in the sphere of agriculture and food industry.
