Iran has ceased exporting of 52 types of goods to Armenia with no statement for how long the situation will remain the same. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs yesterday started to negotiate with the Iranian side to solve the problem, otherwise Armenia will have to import the same goods from other countries which will mean the increase in the cost price.
The situation is very sad taking into account the fact that Armenia has political relations with only two of its neighbors. Nalbandyan, even though having declared about “multi-vector and actively initiating policy”, is leaving for the Arctic and the Antarctic to explore new political dimentions.
