Ruben Hayrapetyan must be present at the Court of First Instance of Avan and Nor Nork districts on the civic case he is engaged in. In case he is not present, he must present the credentials where his signature stating that the 4 lawyers standing for his rights belongs to him and are not fake.
Arsen Babayan, the judge, clarified yesterday to “Haykakan Zhamanak” that this decision was based to satisfy the claim of ethnographer Hranush Kharatyan related to the “Nouvel d’Armeni” journal interview.
Kharatyan stated she would like to believe Hayrapetyan would not be present because of the shame for what he had said previously.
