“Hraprak” writes that even though everybody is waiting for PAP to make a final decision whether it is going to participate in the elections or not, PAP announces other ideas.
According to the daily, from the speeches announced by PAP, it is obvious that they for 100 % prefer the parliamentary system of the government.
“It seems that PAP is preparing for the parliamentary elections on February but not for presidential. The idea of PAP demands long time and naturally their offer will be profitable for Republicans. Till the end of their project, the deadline of the next president will be ended and they will need another one. So changing the government system in Armenia will be good for republicans. ”
