The press service of Georgian Defense Ministry said on Tuesday that a working meeting is held between the American and NATO experts and Azerbaijani armed forces in accordance with the plan of joint activities in the field of military education and training between NATO and Azerbaijan.
Several issues were discussed at the meeting, including strategy and defense planning, operational procedures of NATO and military correspondence, information warfare, command and control procedures of NATO, making decisions on national security, strategic operations, the use of information technologies , geopolitics and international relations, military economy, national security strategy and policy development.
The source reports that on Tuesday, according to Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP) between the Ministry of Defense and NATO in 2012, the versatile group Joint Force Command in Brunssum is carrying out training on NATO’s operational planning process in education and training centre of armed forces.
The group NATO arranges briefings for members and courses on NATO’s operational planning of the operation, documents, papers, the concept of development and the script operation, strategic objectives, constraints and so on.
