In his interview ANC member and economist Hrant Bagratyan told the ANC needs a restart because of the increasing problems. If initially the ANC aim was to remove Serzh Sargsyan from the government, today they have concrete problems to which they see hundreds of opinions and approaches.
He assured there is a hope 2013 elections could be the very restart for the ANC. Bagratyan also referred to the political parties that withdrew from the ANC and said it is of utmost importance to express views very carefully while cooperating and that his point about restarting meant filtering parties to stay which have the morality and honesty that are cardinal for the ANC. Bagratyan mentioned this is the point the ANC missed considering throughout the political processes it has been in because primarily their struggle against the criminal system had a lot of followers. Recently however the situation has changed and that is why a lot of political parties split, Bagratyan concludes.
