“Joghovurd” writes that Eduard Nalbandian, MFA of Armenia, during the NA session on state budget, suddenly confessed and talked about the reason why he had visited Congo.
According to reliable sources of the daily, Nalbandian, during his speech said that Congo can’t be considered as an exotic country since after Russia, it is the second country in the world which has the largest diamond production.
The daily writes that according to Nalbandian’s speech, the reason of his Congo visit was the Diamond production.
