Reporter of “First News and Analyses” Hovhan Mandakuni published an article on Armenian National Congress-Prosperous Armenia relations. Noting that today Aram Manukyan, member Armenian National Congress, answering the question whether the Congress still does not find the PAP responsible for March 1, announced that if any force stands against the regime and joins the idea of action against authorities, then he would consider it normal.
“In other words, the ANC council member actually said that if any force fired on peaceful demonstrators, if supported violence against peaceful citizens, which led to the death of 10 people, and then started proclaiming the so-called alternative to itself then it is a normal phenomenon.
According to Aram Manukyan, if tomorrow Robert Kocharian announces that he is coming out against Serzh Sargsyan and demanding his resignation, then the Armenian National Congress deems will perceive it as normal and will stand side by side with him”, writes Mandakuni
The author also notes that this, of course, in normal cases, cannot be regarded as a normal phenomenon, because a phenomenon built on the blood of innocent citizens cannot be normal. Mandakuni adds that ANC just finds normal the cooperation with Robert Kocharian. Concluding on the idea Mandakuni notes that “Levon Ter-Petrosyan’ probably only card is Robert Kocharian but now whether to keep the card closed or open will decide not the Congress, but Kocharian.”
