Today during the NA permanent commission session on 2013 state budget ARF member Armen Rostomyan proposed allocating money to Nagorno Karabakh within the frames of interstate loans which will be aimed at transmigration of the latters.
The deputy minister of Finance, Pavel Safaryan announced it was not expedient to carry out that initiative since it might cause political speculations bringing the international society loan granting programs which do not indicate the sphere the loans are going to be spent on.
