Turkish “Hürriyet ” states Armenia has launched the international recognition of Nagorno-Kharabakh along with the elaboration of strategies on Armenian Genocide 100th anniversary. According to the Turkish Intelligence, Armenia primarily initiated promoting its policies in Latin America, Pacific Islands and Australia. MFA Eduard Nalbandyan’s visit to Venezuela, Ecuador, Mexico, Guatemala and Costa Rica and encouraging the Armenian diaspora there to participate in this initiative is observed as a part of the strategic plan. In May the smallest state in the US recognized Nagorno Kharabakh independence, Australia’s New South Wales followed afterwards. This plan is a matter of concern not only for Turkey, but Azerbaijan as well.
