The petition to stop the criminal case against NA PAP deputy, founder of “Civilitas” foundation Vartan Oskanian was rejected.
Recall that on October 16 lawyer Tigran Atanesyan appealed to the Court of Appeal to dismiss the petition of the criminal case for money laundering.
The rejection of the petition will be protested.
