There is a real dispute between ARP and PAP now. This view was expressed by the head of Regional Investigation center, analyst Richard Kirakosyan in the meeting with journalists.
“Even if PAP doesn’t run a candidate in the upcoming presidential elections, anyhow the dispute is real. The freshest example is Oskanyan’s case”- he said.
According to Richard Kirakosyan this dispute may cause real challenges if both parties run their candidate. “In reality I don’t know what they think, of course if they do. There is no political campaign. I am not Gagik Tsarukyan, I am against Ruben Hayrapetyan. Today we are under the influence of oligarchs.” – stressed the speaker.
According to the analyst, there will be real content in coming presidential elections, but anyhow Serzh Sargsyan will be reelected due to administrative resources and absence of alternative candidate.
The analyst found the coalition ANC-PAP impossible. Referring to ANC strategy, he noted Davit Shahnazaryan was right coming out of that joint process.
