Judge of “Kentron” and “Nork-Marash” administrative districts, Mkhitar Papoyan, today, October 29, announced that ANC activist Vardges Gaspar is guilty under the RA Criminal Code 258, which is hooliganism.
As reported, according to the decision made by the court, Gaspar must pay amount of money equal to 50 times the RA minimum wage, but according to some circumstances the final decision was 30-time the minimum wage.
According to the court, Vardges Gaspar didn’t act in proper way and in 2011, on October 21, at 12.00 he was yelling in front of the RA Governmental building and disturbing the people.
Vardges Gaspari in his last speech, while being at the court, said that he is not guilty:
“How could you judge me? All I want is to protect human rights which are stepped over by our authorities. I can say more, Alik Gasparyan (RA Chief of the Police) has violated the law for sending policemen after me” said Gaspar.
