“Armenian Times” recalls that back in 1999, on October 27, Nairi Hunanyan along with his people, entered RA NA building and killed 8 Armenian high officials.
The daily also rewrites the following statement which was made by Hunanyan, after the terrible event:
“According to us this was the only way to support our nation. I’m sure that in Armenia there can’t be any fare elections we did this so that other officials could serve for our nation. After this, the next official who will be pointed as a PM or Speaker of NA ,will remember this event and will serve for our nation knowing that he can’t violate the rules. We have done this only for our nation” said Nairi Hunanyan.
“As we see the issues that were mentioned by Hunanyan weren’t solved. 13 years passed but everything is the same, moreover, it is even worse. So everybody suffered during it, except Robert Kocharyan (Second President of Armenia) and Serzh Sargsyan(current president of Armenia), along with their close people” writes “Armenian Times”.
