“Joghovurt” writes that already famous story about “buffalo meat” makes all high officers of Armenian army be afraid and who will talk about it will have the same destiny which had Former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of Armenian Armed Forces Arshaluys Paytyan.
Daily adds that it is obvious that Paytyan couldn’t have managed to do everything all alone and there were other officials who “helped” him in that work, so everybody stopped talking about the story. According to reliable sources of “Joghovurt” , Seyran Ohanian, RA Defense Minister, made a “black list” of officers who could be involved in that work and through media puts pressure on them.
