“Australian step may become the start of the NKR recognition process”- said political scientist Alexander Manasyan touching upon the NKR recognition by Australian New South Wales state on “H2” TV.
He also noted that we need to be cautious. “The recognition by an Australian state may remain the only case and no other state may follow this step. “ The scientist noted the expressions of the sate weren’t certain as they didn’t exactly mention the recognition of NKR. “We must be careful to the inner and outer content of the resolution. I note that NKR recognition has started in 90s by an OSCE organization but it was left unnoticed. This one may have the same destiny of not being spread.”
What follows next depends on the meeting between FMs of Armenia and Azerbaijan to take place in Paris and on the pressures of international agencies on Azerbaijan.
